Our core line. CNC-cut from 4–8mm sheet, 5-day barrel tumble, hand-polished. Shipped with demo lenses, ready for your lens lab. Best for: first collections, 3–6 SKU launches.

Same frame craft, plus lens work: CR-39 or nylon, solid / gradient / polarized, UV400 standard. Every export lot tested for its destination market. Best for: fashion and lifestyle brands.

Bio-acetate
Plasticizer-free, biodegradable sheets from certified suppliers, with documentation you can quote in your marketing — not vague "eco" claims. Best for: sustainability-led brands with a story to back up.

No prescription lenses. Rx work belongs with a licensed lab in your market — mixing it into manufacturing creates liability neither of us wants.
No replicas. We won't copy another brand's frame, hardware, or logo. If we'd copy theirs, you should assume we'd copy yours.
No injection-molded frames. Sheet acetate only. Specialists beat generalists — for TR90 or metal we'll refer you to workshops we trust.
