Last updated: July 2026. These terms cover use of this website and Sample Kit purchases. Production orders are governed by an individual written sales contract, which prevails over these terms.

Published prices are indicative ranges in USD, FOB Ningbo unless stated otherwise, and are confirmed in an itemized written quote before any order. Landed-cost figures and the on-page calculator are budgeting estimates only — duties, tariffs and freight rates change; your quote and your customs broker are authoritative.

Compliance

We arrange product testing through accredited third-party laboratories and supply the resulting documentation with each lot. We assist with certification processes; we do not claim to hold certificates we have not obtained for your specific product and lot. Responsibility for placing compliant products on a given market rests with the importer/brand of record in that market.

Sample Kit

The Sample Kit costs $89 including worldwide DHL shipping. Kits damaged in transit are replaced or refunded. Otherwise the fee is non-refundable but is credited in full against your first production order. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Intellectual property

Your designs remain yours. We do not manufacture replicas of other brands' protected designs, hardware or logos, and we decline orders that ask us to. Website content (text, drawings, photography) is © Lucida and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
