100 pieces per style. Within one style, you can split across up to 2 colors (50/50) at the same price tier. A third color adds $0.5/pc to cover extra sheet cutting.
Yes — a 300-piece order can be 3 styles × 100 pcs. Each style is quoted separately; shipping is consolidated.
Standard case + cloth included free. Custom-printed cases from 300 sets ($1.2–2.5/set). Custom boxes and tissue from 500 sets. Below those minimums we suggest neutral packaging + printed stickers.

Yes. We redraw it as an original technical drawing with your dimensions and details — we build from your direction, not a copy of another brand’s protected design.
No. We ship optical frames with demo lenses; your local lens lab does the Rx work. This keeps liability clean and quality where it belongs.
You do. We sign an NDA on request, we never show your project to other clients, and we don’t resell your tooling or drawings.
Two rounds are included in the sample fee. Most projects need one. Further rounds are $60 each — we’ll tell you honestly if a change is worth another round.
Standard Chinese sheets (Jimei, OCA) by default; Mazzucchelli 1849 and bio-acetate on request with a price difference quoted upfront.
AQL 2.5 inspection on every lot: dimensions against the drawing, hinge torque, surface finish, lens category. You get the report with photos before the balance payment.
Yes — Duqiao, Taizhou. We host client visits year-round, or do a live video walkthrough on WhatsApp if you can’t fly.
Defects above AQL are replaced or credited, documented in the sales contract. That’s what the 70%-after-B/L structure protects: you pay the balance only after seeing the QC report.
